Training in the heat? keep well hydrated. consume 1ltr of water progressively through any training sessions and 4lts of water per day. be sure to take on some simple sugars pre and post training along with any pre or post training meal or shake to restore muscle glycogen too. don't waste away in the heat, fuel your body!!
